Bruce Purpura

Managing Director

Mr. Purpura has over 26 years experience with the United States Postal Service in Operations and as a Marketing and Advertising Executive. His government experience includes: national marketing campaign support, budget and compliance development, program budget oversight across multiple service providers and agencies, and oversight of contract/contractor evaluation process and compliance protocols. Mr. Purpura also has 13 years experience with private industry including: Harte-Hanks, Inc. as a Government Solutions Vice President Business Development; JWT Inside, Washington, DC, as Senior Partner with the Government Solutions Group; and Low & Associates, Washington, DC, as Managing Director, Vice President, Group Account Director. Mr. Purpura was educated at Temple University.

Alexander Lazaroff

Manager of Operations

Mr. Lazaroff has 37 years experience with the United States Government. Mr. Lazaroff spent 10 years with the United States Postal Inspection Service as a Field Inspector and as that agency’s Chief Postal Inspector. Mr. Lazaroff also spent 27 years with the United States Postal Service as a Plant Manager, District Manager, and as the Vice President of Operations for the Eastern Area of the United States. Additionally, Mr. Lazaroff served for 2 years as the Director, Postal Security Action Group for the United Nations, Universal Postal Union. During his tenure with the Universal Postal Union, Mr. Lazaroff served in a consulting role in Mexico, Chile, Uruguay, Costa Rica, Canada, Australia, China, Singapore, Liberia, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Great Britain, and France. Mr. Lazaroff has also worked as a business consultant for a number of private companies. Mr. Lazaroff received his undergraduate degree at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Massachusetts and his M.B.A. at the University of Rhode Island.

JP Hachem

Senior Vice President – Talent Manager and Strategic Business Capture

J. P. HACHEM offers over 25 years of sales and business development experience in the federal market space concentrating heavily on civilian and DOD agencies and the commercial market with experience in the telecom, financial, healthcare, and other enterprise verticals since 1982. J.P. also is a PMP and a Master Black Belt Six Sigma whose training was put into practice in developing sales, business process and project management methodologies for multiple organizations. J.P. has held senior sales positions and holds two bachelor degrees in electrical and mechanical engineering.

As an expert in sales and business development, J.P. Hachem provided strategic leadership, business development,

capture and marketing support for small and large employers with a vast focus on both federal and commercial markets. He identifies and qualifies business opportunities in all stages of the sales process and develops strategies, plans, and actions to assist clients and industry partners in delivering the best value and best practice solutions.

As an integral professional, J.P. has lead teams that actively develop and nurture new business into succession. His tenure has enabled him to develop and manage sales and business processes that helped achieve new business initiatives through a collaborative and consultative approach that assisted in positioning his organizations to effectively compete, win and attain recognition.

Throughout his tenure, J.P. has built and delivered a variety of successful projects and business initiatives in the recruiting and staffing verticals for over 25 years by providing top-of-the-line technical, management and multi-disciplined resources and contractors nationwide to the federal and commercial markets, primarily within the permanent and 1099 contracting space by using state-of-the-art resourcing and qualifying matrixes that have had a positive ROI and cost cutting measures to clients and vendors throughout the recruitment ad hiring processes. These are recruiting and staffing methodologies that show a great return on investment while the client focuses on what they do best:revenue generation.
